Premier League: Man. City Beat Fulham To Be In Top Four

Manchester City are back in the top four of the Premier League after beating Fulham 2-0 at Etihad Stadium and are now trailing the table leaders Tottenham and Liverpool by three points.

Pep Guardiola's men seized the first half to gain the maximum points needed from the match with both goals coming from Raheem Sterling and Kevin de Bruyne - both players assisted each other at scoring both goals.

Sterling had just come close to getting a goal before Bruyne opened up another chance for him with a through pass that he finished with a low strike that beat Alphonse Areola to the goal. The Belgian later doubled the lead by converting a penalty drawn by Sterling just before half an hour of play.

Citizens have now won two league games back-to-back since losing 2-0 to Tottenham at White Hart Lane and they have remained unbeaten against Fulham in 16 consecutive games (W13 D3).
