Premier Leagie: Man Utd Maintain Away Game Winning Streak After Routing Sheffield

Manchester United refuted what could have been a humbling away loss at Sheffield United, staging a comeback to claim a 3-2 win that moved them up to sixth in the EPL table.

Sheffield had the better side of the game from the start having two awesome chances that could have wrenched havoc on United, unfortunately, only one of those was converted. Flopping goalkeeping from United's Dean Henderson resulted in an easy tap in from David McGoldrick for Blades' opening goal.

A revamped Red Devils soon stepped up their game leveling the scoring from a Marcus Rashford's finish inspired by a through ball from Victor Lindelof and followed by Anthony Martial scoring the second goal to give the side the lead with an assist from Paul Pogba.

on their return the break, Rashford doubled his scoring to make a third for United smacking a low right-footed shot under Ramsdale. Blades fought back and had two chances late into the game one out of which made it to the net from McGoldrick's header with three minutes left to play.

Blades did show a good sense of resilience despite their precarious position at the bottom of the table in a game that was Henderson's return to his former team. Nevertheless, the game also witnessed an ending of Martial's scoring drought that had lasted for 491 minutes on the pitch.

United have remained unbeaten in six consecutive league games and have retained winless in four away games in a row as pressure continues to cool off the team manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer.
