It is Over For Patrick Vieira At Nice FC
Patrick Vieira has been sacked from his position as Nice FC manager following the side's unabated losing streaks that ran through six consecutive games in all competitions.
The Ligue 1 side was beaten 3-2 by Leverkusen on matchday 5 of the Europa League on Thursday, they can be assured of not making the qualification to the Last 32 as they trailed in third with three points while the Germans are second with 12 points.
Vieira's men have lost three consecutive league games - their last defeat was 3-1 lost to table bottom-dwellers Dijon on Sunday - and are eleventh in the table with 17 points.
The 44-year-old played as a midfielder at Arsenal, Manchester City, Inter Milan, and Juventus before securing his first management job with the American scorer team New York City in 2015. He left the MLS side to join the French side in June 2018.
