Europa League: Arsenal Beat Dundalk To Top Group For Last 32 Qualification

Mikel Arteta's men maintained a clean sheet to emerge atop their group with 18 points and qualify for the Last 32 of the Europa League after winning 4-2 against Dundalk.

Arsenal are currently struggling in the domestic league having lost two games in a row to drop down the table to the 15th position. Nonetheless, progressing to the knockout stages of this competition could be a breath of sigh for the London-based club.

The first half of the game witnessed three goals with two coming from Eddie Nketiah and Mohamed Elneny to put Arsenal in the lead before Jordan Flores pull one back for the Irish side. Joe Willock and Folarin Balogun extended Gunners' lead by adding two more goals.

With less than 10 minutes remaining, Dundalk only got a consolation goal from Sean Hoares and finished in the bottom of Group B as Arsenal and Molde qualified for the next round of the competition.
