Coming To America Sequel First Outlook Gives Hint On Eddie Murphy
Amazon Studios has released what seemed to be the first outlook of the sequel of Coming To America and the lead actor Eddie Murphy (Prince Akeem Jotter) is portrayed as more majestic than he was in the prequel.
Murphy, now set to ascend the throne as the King of Zamunda, was teased in a tweeted update by Amazon to have visited the New York suburban neighborhood, Queens, he once lived in the first episode and realized he has a child, who he never knew about when he left the city for his home country, Zamunda.
"Same but different. Enjoy these first look images of our original cast, reprising their roles in #Coming2America," Amazon wrote in the tweet on Thursday.

In retrospect, Prince Akeem was married to Lisa McDowell (Shari Headley) to become a member of the Zamunda royal dynasty. The actress Lisa will be returning in the sequel likewise other casts such as Tracy Morgan, Wesley Snipes, and James Earl.
It has been over three decades since Comin To America made its debut and it is making its return in the oncoming sequel set for release in March next year.
