2021 Grammy Award: Burna Boy Gets Nominated

Burna Boy's hope of winning the Grammy Award has been rekindled following the recognition of his latest album 'Twice As Tall' for an award in the Best Global music Album category.

 

This will be the second time in a row that the Nigerian pop singer will get a nod for an award having lost to Angelique Kidjo at the 2020 edition of the award event. 

Nominated alongside Burna Boy in the category is Brooklyn-based afrobeat band Antibalas; Tuareg musician, Tinariwen; British-Indian singer, Anoushka Shankar, and Brazilian- American singer, Bebel Gilberto.
