Champions League: Marcus Rashford Leads Man Utd To Beat PSG

Manchester United avoided a draw against Paris Saint-Germain and secure a 2-1 away victory with Marcus Rashford delivering the winning goal late into the game.

The last season finalist only goal from Anthony Martial's own goal on their return from halftime break after Bruno Fenrnades had put United in the lead by converting a penalty. Anthony headed in an equalizer for the Ligue 1 champions in the 55th minute.

Despite the French side having the dominance in the second half, Rashford found the winning goal by brilliantly finishing off a delivery from Paul Pogba.

Two seasons ago, the French side eliminated in the second leg of the Last 16 by United, in a comeback that was deemed controversial by Neymar Jr, who slammed the officiating referee for awarding a penalty for United on stoppage time.

Having won the match, United are second in Group H behind German club RB Leipzig while PSG and Istanbul Basaksehir are third and fourth respectively.
