Brentford Player Said Benrahma Linked To Two Premier League Clubs
Brentford player, Said Benrahma, reportedly has been linked to a move to two Premier League clubs, one of which is in the pole to secure a deal signing with the EFL Championship side.
West Ham is understood in the pole and closed to reaching an agreement with Brentford for a deal that is reportedly worth £30million despite interest from Crystal Palace, who is also interested in the player.
Benrahma is considered to be a replacement for Hammers' previous top target Joshua King, but deal talks for the Norwegian failed between the club and Bournemouth. King on Manchester United target list but were unsuccessful and that necessitated a loan signing of Odion Ighalo from Shanghai Greenland Shenhua.
However, both have until October 16 in EFL to complete the signing of the player who currently is on international duty for his country, Algeria.
The Algerian is set to join in the Premier League his former teammate Ollie Watkin who was signed to Aston Villa in the summer transfer window.
Benrahma was signed to Brentford for £2.7million in 2018 from Nice having completed a season-long loan spell at Chateauroux. He has since scored 30 goals in 94 appearances in all competitions.
