Premier League: Tammy Abraham Stoppage-Time Goal Hands Chelsea Draw Against West Brom

Chelsea staged a dramatic comeback to snatch a point from the away game against West Bromwich with Tammy Abraham scoring stoppage-time leveler to force a 3-3 draw.

Least of expectation was watching Chelsea trailing by 3-0 by half-hour that came off costly defensive errors and Callum Robinson could not help but punish the London-based club twice and Kyle Bartley followed with the third goal which was yet a product of defensive flop.

At this point, Blues manager Frank Lampard did not look pleased and hope seemed lost but the second half would be theirs as Mason Mount powered a 20-yard home and inspired the second goal with Callum Hodson-Odoi doing a one-two with Azpilicueta before doubling the score with a shot from inside the box.

Chelsea kept hope alive and found the equalizer with the third goal from a rebound by Tammy Abraham on the stoppage-time. Tammy was making his first starting lineup of the season.

Blues spent big to the tune of £200million in this transfer window, yet the team is yet to get the right facelift it deserves and the defense has proven to be an area where a lot of work has to be done.

Though much could not be blamed on goalkeeping, however, starting Willy Caballero instead error-prone Kepa Arizabalaga did not make much difference.
