Ed Sheeran Welcomes First Child With Wife Cherry Seaborn

 

Long after rumours of Ed Sheeran and his wife Cherry Seaborn expecting a child, it is eventually true about the couple and they has come out to confirm not only that but also the birth of their first child together. 

Up until now, speculations were that the singer's wife is pregnant with a baby girl which they have kept secret from the public while they self-isolate together at the home in their Suffolk mansion during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown. 

Announcing the birth of his daughter, Sheeran broke the news himself on Tuesday with an Instagram picture of a blanket and a pair of baby booties on top and followed that up revealing the newly-born's name on the platform. 

"Ello! A quick message from me as I have some personal news that I wanted to share with you...," Sheeran wrote in the caption. "Last week, with the help of an amazing delivery team, Cherry gave birth to our beautiful and healthy daughter - Lyra Antartica Seasorn Sheeran."

Interestly, they did a good job not only at keeping the public in the dark about the pregnancy but also the birth as they have welcomed their daughter days before announcing the birth.
