Jurgen Klopp Voted Premier League Manager of the Season
Jurgen Klopp has received well-deserved recognition for leading Liverpool to win the 2019/20 season Premier League title as he has been voted as the manager of the season.
Liverpool snapped their first league title in three decades, a season after they narrowly missed the title to Manchester City and followed that up with a haul of three international silverware under the Klopp - Champions League, UEFA Super Club, and FIFA Club World Cup.
Reds could not defend their Champions League title this season after losing Atletico Madrid in the knockout stages but they claimed the PL trophy this season standing 18 points clear of their rivals Manchester City.
The just-completed season witnessed Liverpool delivering the longest unbeaten runs in sixteen years with a record of 44 successive match wins in a row - the longest in Premier League history after Arsenal (49) in 2004.
Klopp's men will play against Arsenal at the FA Community Shield on August 29 at Wembley Stadium - Arsenal won the FA Cup in a 2-1 victory against Chelsea.
