Barcelona Have Line Up Luiz Saurez, Three Others For Transfer
It is imminent that four players will be leaving Barcelona as the newly-appointed manager Ronald Koeman has come out to confirm they are not needed at the club any longer.
Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu had already hinted at the club's plan to put some players in the transfer market this season on the appointment of the former Southampton manager to replace ousted head coach Quiqen Setien over the weekend.
Arturo, Vidal, Luiz Suarez, Ivan Rakitic, and Samuel Umiti are amongst the players listed for transfer this summer by Koeman. Pique who had early been speculated might have to leave Nou Camp gained the favour of the new manager, likewise, Philippe Coutinho whose future at the club was in doubt.
Suarez has already been deemed to be replaced by Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez and are reportedly offering €65million plus Jordi Alba to secure the transfer. Meanwhile, the Italians are asking for a fee in the region of £76million for the Argentine striker.
Koeman, for not mentioning Coutinho, restored hope of the former Liverpool returning to Nou Camp where he had been an outcast after being loaned out for a season to Bayern Munich with a buy out option. The Brazilian's contributions to Barca's 8-2 defeat to Bayern en route winning their first Champions League title in six years, might have once again brought him up in their priority to keep.
