Davido's Album 'A Good Time' Crosses A Billion Streams


For an Album reaching a billion stream milestone is one remarkable feat to attain for any artists, Davido has just got his name printed in the list of that accomplishment. Thanks to his second album 'A Good Time'. 

A Good Time which hosted his collaboration with Chris Brown Blow My Mind in its tracklist was released in November and notched #6 on Billboard World Album. In less than a year of the release, the singer's second album was confirmed by Columbia Records UK to have crossed a billion streams. 

Columbia Records congratulated the singer for the feat reached in an Instagram picture update with a caption that reads: "HUGE congrats to @davido official - 'A Good Time' has officially reached OVER 1 BILLION streams! ðŸ’¥." 

The album's second track, Fall, though it was released two years earlier, turned out to be the longest-charting song by a Nigerian artist in Billboard history. 

Amongst high achieving pop singers in Nigeria is the If singer, who is a two-time BET Award winner - he won the best international act in 2018 and best international Act: Africa in 2014.
