La Liga: Zinedine Zidane Claims 200th Game Wins in Real Madrid Victory Against Eibar

Real Madrid have narrowed the gap by which they trail Barcelona after claiming a 3-1 home victory against Eibar upon the resumption of the league after over three months break.

The visiting side was conveniently trashed by Real in the game played at the Estadio Alfredo di Stefano without spectators. Real handed their manager Zinedine Zidane his 200th match wins.

Three goals were recorded in the first half of the game and Eibar could only get a consolation goal in the second as Toni Kross, Sergio Ramos, and Marcelo had scored respectively to put Real in the lead for the victory.

Marcelo demonstrated his support for the Black Lives Matter movement after he scored the third goal for Real as he knelt with his right hand raised high in celebration of the goal.

Pedro Bigas scored the consolation goal for Eibar on an hour of play but should have been saved by Thibaut Courtois but let the ball rolled through in between his legs.

Meanwhile, former Chelsea forward Eden Hazard assisted in the second goal with a pass to Ramos to smack home the ball to double the lead following a fast break.
