Joe Hart To Leave Burnley In June

Joe Hart and Burnley are set to part ways at the end of the month of June as the club will be offering him an extension on the expiration of his contract.

The former England goalkeeper is a two-time Premier League and EFL Cup champion with Manchester City before he was loaned out to Torino and West Ham on the appointment Pep Guardiola as a replacement for Manuel Pellegrini in 2016.

Hart was signed to Burnley for £3.5m in 2018 and not made an appearance in a league game this season having being outclassed by the club's number one goalkeeper Nick Pope. The Ireland man has made 29 appearances this season compared to Hart who only appeared once in a League Cup game.

In three successive seasons, he won the Premier League Golden Glove and his last was in 2014/15 season - all these he won with Manchester City.
