Jadon Sancho Favouring Manchester City Move Over Man. United But Fee Is Breakneck
Jadon Sancho would prefer a move to Manchester City should he want to return to the Premier League since Manchester United are in the limbo but neither clubs might be able to afford his fee.
Left to Borussia Dortmund, having him at the club is top on their priority than losing according to the club's chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke back in March before the season was suspended over the coronavirus outbreak.
The English starlet is considering an exit from the Bundesliga in summer and United are not in a good financial condition that will be ready to land a deal with him, thus a return to City will be preferable. Yet, the fee Borussia are demanding for him might be out of reach for cash-strapped City.
Since Borussia strongly believed he will remain at the club until next season, they are handing out a fee of £115million if they will have to accept a transfer for the winger.
Meanwhile, both United and City are not alone the race for the 20-year-old as Chelsea and Liverpool are also understood be monitoring his situation. Jadon was signed to the German side for a fee in the region of £8m in 2017 and his performance at the side has been plausible.
