NASA Confirms Teaming Up With Tom Cruise, Elon Musk On Making Film In Space
Tom Cruise is working on a breath-taking project that will see him do his onscreen stunts not on this planet but in the space and Nasa has confirmed that they are teaming up with him to make it happen.
Do not think this mission is impossible for Cruise because he has with him a renowned space exploration mogul and SpaceX owner, Elon Musk, who will be in the production crew of the film. The Mission Impossible actor had partly climbed Burj Khalifa, the tallest building the world, in one of the franchise entries to show off his incredible thirst for stunts.
"NASA is excited to work with @TomCruise on a film aboard the @Space_Station!" NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine tweeted on Tuesday. "We need popular media to inspire a new generation of engineers and scientists to make @NASA's ambitious plans a reality."
Cruise has the way, Top Gun Maverick sequel which was previously set for release in July 2019 but was delayed for a year and will be released on December 23, 2020. Unlike other films, Top Gun release date has been unaffected by the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.
The SpaceX owner, Musk, welcomed his sixth child with his girlfriend Grimes and has named the bouncing baby as X Æ A-12 which the couple has explained means Gravity, Inspektor, Archangel, and many more.
