Manchester United Offered Two Juventus Players In Swap Deal For Paul Pogba
Juventus have intensified their commitment to secure the transfer of Paul Pogba from Manchester United to Turin by offering two players Aaron Ramsey and Adrien Rabiot in a bid to cut down on his fee.
United reportedly will not be settling for any amount lesser £100 million from the cash-strapped Serie A giants who are desperate to bring the Frenchman back to Italy but are financially incapable caused by weeks of football suspension for the Covid-19 pandemic.
Leaving Old Trafford has been Pogba's desire since last season with a strong link to Real Madrid on Zinedine Zidane's return to the club. However, the Spaniards have cooled down on their interest for financial woe caused by the pandemic.
It has always been United's desire to recoup the money spent on Pogba and that was one of the reasons that crashed Real's deal talks with Red Devils last season over the inability to meet up with his transfer fee.
With the signing of Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon in January, United have the midfield secured, yet they linked to Jadon Sancho (Borussia Dortmund) and Jack Grealish (Aston Villa) in a bid to give the midfield a boost and Pogba's fee to Juventus might just be needed to provide for their signing.
Pogba only made six appearances for United before being ruled out for a knee injury. In 2016, he joined the club from Juventus in a British record-signing of £89million.
