Juventus Offer Chelsea Miralem Pjanic To Swap With Jorginho
Juventus have lined up Miralem Pjanic for a swap deal with Chelsea midfielder Jorginho amidst interest from Paris Saint Germain for the midfielder.
Jorginho's relationship with Juve's manager Maurizio Sarri dated back to Napoli and they both moved to Chelsea in the same transfer window. Sarri left the side to replace Massimiliano Allegri after leading Blues to the Champions League by winning the Europa League title last season.
Sarri's link to the Brazilian is faced with a challenge from PSG who are also planning to swap him with Leandro Paredes. the Ligue 1 Sporting Director Leonardo personally admires Jorginho, but Blues reportedly have an interest in the Bosnian player from their former head coach.
Chelsea are racing to swap the 28-year-old despite having three more years to run in the £50m deal he signed to join the side from Napoli in 2018. Likewise, Pjanic who has failed to impress Sarri has until 2023 in his contract with Juve.
Sarri having a deal done with Chelsea for the Brazilian will reunite him with the player who struggled to under him in his debut season until Frank Lampard under whom his performance began to see a leap for the better.
