Dani Ceballos Ditches Interest In Remaining At Arsenal, Reveals PL Return Date From Suspension

Dani Cabellos has ditches any desire to stay at Arsenal after his loan spell and wants to rejoin with Real Madrid which he described as an "ideal team" for him as a player.

The Premier League has for a while been suspended over the fears of Covid-19 infections and expectation is that games will resume next month but Arsenal loanee has an idea on what date that will be.

German Bundesliga returned last weekend with games played without spectators, besides that, no other domestic leagues in Europe has return. In fact, some have been canceled like French Ligue 1 and Dutch League. Paris Saint Germain declared winners of the French side while Ajax lost title as the season was inconclusive.

"We are going to start a week late with respect to what is being talked about in Spain, which is June 12," the attacking midfielder told RTVE. "We are going to start the league on the 20th."

Ceballos was loaned to Arsenal last summer from Real Madrid, a contract which is due to expire by the end of the season but the Spaniard wants to return to Bernabeu when his contract is over.

The 23-year-old who has three years left in his contract with Real added, "I am a Real Madrid player...and any player in the world would like to play for Real Madrid."

Mikel Arteta intended to keep the midfielder much longer according to Mirror despite spending most of his spell on the sideline over hamstring injury, but the player insisted he would leave stating that, "I have  a contract with them for three more years and they are the idea team to succeed [with]."
