Pablo Mari Hopes To Sign Permanent Contract With Arsenal

Arsenal's loanee Pablo Mari would like to remain at Arsenal after completing his loan spell from the Brazilian side Flamengo in summer.

Mari could land a permanent deal with Arsenal if they decided to trigger the option in his contract which allows them to retain him after the season-long deal that he signed in January runs out.

Comparing what football league is like in Brazil to the Premier League, the Spaniard told Sky Sports that every game was "like a party" in Brazilians because the people loves a footballer "like crazy".

"I hope the club and I can go at the end (of the season) with good things to do the permanent transfer," Mari added, "We will see what happens because at the moment the virus it is difficult"

In a season spell at the Brazilian side, the 26-year-old won with the club the Copa Libertadores and Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A which was their first time for a double in a single season since 1963.
