Country Music Legend Kenny Rogers Dies, Aged 81
Legendary country music singer Kenny Rogers has passed away at the age of 81 on Friday, his family announced in a tweeted message.
Born in 1938 in Houston, Texas, The Gambler singer is believed to have died of natural courses at about 10:25PM having his family around him at a hospice in Colbert, Georgia.
"The Rogers family is sad to announce that Kenny Rogers passed away last night at 10:25PM at the age of 81," his family wrote on his official Twitter account. "Rogers passed away peacefully at home from natural causes under the care of hospice and surrounded by his family."
Rogers was married to five separate women all of which ended in divorce and is survived by five children - Christopher Cody Rogers, Jordan Edward Rogers, Justin Charles Rogers, Carole Rogers, and Kenny Rogers Jr.
