Bruno Fernandes Crowned Premier League Player of the Month For February
Manchester United's newly-signed midfielder Bruno Fernandes has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for February.
The Portuguese winger is just two months into his spell at United, a move he completed in a £46 million deal in January from Sporting Lisbon and has made a tremendous impact on the team that is yet to lose a game in eleven games in all competitions.
Bruno beat other contenders like Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal), Marcos Alonso (Chelsea), Dominic Calvert-Lewin to be named winner of the prize.
"Since I was a kid, it was a dream to play for Man United," he said on the Premier League website. "To be there at Old Trafford is the biggest dream of my career. When you come to a new club you always want to score, and the first goal is special."
Playing for United is without a doubt dream come true for Fernandes who has not missed an appearance since joining the side and registered in three goals with two assists in all nine games played so far for Red Devils.
