Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder II: Promoter Announces Trilogy For Rematch
An agreement has been reached for the rematch between Tyson Fury and WBC heavyweight boxer Deontay Wilder to enter the third fight as confirmed by the Briton fighter's promoter.
Wilder and Tyson ended their first fight in a controversial draw which was the time for the American fighter and a rematch was announced as already stipulated in their deal ahead of the bout. The acclaimed 'Gypsy King' was coming out of retirement after two years and was able the undefeated American fighter victory despite knocking him down late into the fight.
Announcing a trilogy for the fight, Fury's promoter Frank Warren told BBC Radio 5 Live that it is based on a clause enshrined in the contract and can be triggered by the loser 30 days after the bout.
"The loser has 30 days to call on the rematch and that has to be accepted," he said. "This is probably the most anticipated heavyweight title fight in the last 20 years."

Also anticipated to fight Wilder is the two-time heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, who reclaimed his three heavyweight belts, WBO, IBO, and WBA, in Saudi Arabia in December from former heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr. six months after losing the Mexican-American in Madison Square in Brooklyn, New York.
warren added: "What's important about this fight is that they are both at the top of their game. It's not like the young guy fighting the old guy, passing on the baton. These guys are at the top of their game."
Judges were not unaminous on their decisions on Fury and Wilder's first fight in Las Vegas and the results come out to show a tie scoring 115-111 for Wilder and 114-112 for Fury, equalling to controversial 113-113 for both fighters.
Both fighters are scheduled to hold in Las Vegas' MGM Grand on 22 February and Wilder will be defending his WBC title against the former heavyweight champion, Fury.
