Manchester City Ready To Let Go Of Joao Cancelo

Manchester City are ready to let go of Joao Cancelo who has been unhappy at the club for not getting enough game time since joining the side in summer.

The Portuguese was signed to Etihad in a six-year contract £27m plus Danilo (worth £34m) in a swap deal that brought his signing to a total of £60m. In spite of that huge cost, he is not pleased with the club and City are not ready to keep him either.

"There has already been a lot of murmuring can leave if he wants," City confirmed the player's readiness to leave in a statement. "It hasn't quite worked out so far. He has a young family and the interest from clubs on the continent already has him considering his long-term future."

Inter Milan are already sticking up their hand for the full-back who once played at San Siro on loan from Valencia. However, signing the 25-year-old will be coming at a huge fee for the Italian side.

It is understood expecting £50 million for the Portuguese and that might be coming at a costly price for Inter who have signed a couple of players from the Premier League
