Top-flight Clubs Are Racing To Sign Norwich Midfielder

The January transfer window is open and club manager are already in the market for players available for signing and this Norwich City midfielder poles in the Premier League top flight clubs' interest.

Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham are in a race to signing Norwich forward Todd Cantwell who is the side's second-highest goalscorer. United's Ole Gunnar Solksjaer is understood to be favouring a signing of the attacking midfielder, according to Daily Mail.

United missed on signing Erling Haaland who switched interest from Red Devils and Juventus to sign a £17.1 million deal with Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund.

Solksjaer has a couple players in the wishlist, James Maddison (Leicester City), Jack Grealish (Aston Villa), and Sean Longstaff (Newcastle United), but Cantwell is considered to be suitable as a substitute for Scott McTominay who is ruled out for months for injury.

However, the 21-year-old is speculated to worth £30 million for any interested club to sign. Whilst United seemed keen on signing the England star, Jose Mourinho reportedly is also keen on securing a deal with Cantwell whom the club deemed suitable for Christian Eriksen who has until summer to stay at the club.
