Premier League: Nicolas Pepe Leads Arsenal To Beat Manchester United

After two winless league games, Mikel Arteta has finally earned his first victory with Arsenal by 2-0 home win against Manchester United initiated by Nicolas Pepe who opened the scoring.

Pepe who joined Arsenal in a club-record signing of £75 million was also instrumental to doubling the lead as his corner located Alexandre Lacazette for a shot that David De Gea palmed out only for Sokratis Papastathopoulos who slammed it into the net late in the first half.

Meanwhile, the winger had broken the deadlock early in the 10th minute when Lindelof deflected a shot from Sead Kolasinac to his path and blasted it home for the opening goal.
