Mariah Carey To Top Billboard Hot 100 In First Week of 2020

'All I Want For Christmas Is You' was a song released in the 90s, yet has successfully kept Mariah Carey on the Billboard chart ever since. The song meant for the yuletide season is the number one song on the chart for the first week dated January 4, 2020.

25 years after its release, the song sold really big over Christmas, scoring 45 million streams, 34 million radio plays, and 27,000 digitals sales to notch at the number one spot of the Billboard Hot 100 and earned her 19th career #1 spot on the chart.

That feat could not be less worthy of what any artist would celebrate and she did with ecstatic tweet accompanied by a lot of emojis and picture update.

Carey will be 50-year-old in March but she has for four straight decade - 1990s, 2000s, 2010s, 2020s - top the Billboard Hot 100 chart. In her tweet, she could not believe that as she wrote, "But...What's a decade."
