Harry Maigure Replaces Ashley Young As New Captain Of Manchester United
Young rejected contract extension offer given by United to favour a move to Inter and joined his previous teammates like Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez who left last season to Old Trafford for the Italian Series side.
The former Leicester City player moved to United last season in a record-signing for a defender of £80 million that of Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk who previously holds the feat.
Speaking on his captaincy, United manager Ole Gunnar Solksjaer described the 26-year-old as a "leader" capable of leading the team and "everything" about him suggested that.
