Bafta 2020 Nominations: Joaquin Phoenix's Film 'Joker' Shortlisted In 11 Categories, See Full List Nominees


Joker was a massive success at the box office with a worldwide gross of $1.06 billion despite a conservative budget of $55 million. That remarkable performance from the film directed by Todd Phillips received a worthy recognition at Bafta with 11 nominations to top the list of nominations for this year's award ceremony.

Amongst the categories that Joker was nominated include the best film, Todd Philips for best director, Joaquin Phoenix for best lead actor and best makeup and hair.

Also in top nominations was Al Pacino starring film 'The Irishman' and Once Upon a Time In Hollywood, both received 10 nominations each.
