Premier League: Arsenal End Drought With Win Over West Ham
Arsenal's nine games winless runs came to its end as the team secured their first victory under Freddie Ljungberg in a 3-1 comeback victory over West Ham.
Freddie took over the management of the team after Unai Emery was sacked but the team did not fare well until tonight when they erased Hammer's lead scoring three goals within nine minutes. Gabriel Martinelli led the comeback with the side's first goal on his full Premier League debut.
Hammer's opener came off Angelo Ogbonna's deflected header on Maitland-Nile just after half-hour of play and Gunners recovered with Martinelli blasting Sead Kolasinac's cross and Nicola Pepe doubled curling home a left-footed shot from inside the area.

A brilliant finish of Pepe's cross from inside the box by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with a volley finally sealed the victory from a victory for Freddie Ljungberg after two defeats.
Martinelli's goal was his first in the Premier League since joining the team in summer. Meanwhile, two Arsenal experienced players, Alexander Lacazette and David Luiz were on the bench throughout that game.
Had Arenal lost the game, it could have matched their previous record for the longest winless run in 1977 when they played 10 consecutive games without getting a win.
