Juventus Not Willing To Let Adrien Rabiot Leave For Arsenal
Arsenal are reportedly eyeing Adrien Rabiot to boost its midfield and are hoping to make an offer for him in January but Juventus' plan is to retain him at the club.
Gunners' former captain Granit Xhaka will be leaving the club for German side Hertha Berlin as a deal has already been agreed to with the club. This, the introduction of Rabiot will be suitable to make up for the Swiss. Xhaka began to be frustrated at Arsenal when he was booed off pitch in 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace.
That ambition sound shrewd and one that should be a good catch for Arsenal since Rabiot has not been getting enough playtime with Juve, yet they are faced with the desire of Maurizio Sarri to keep him at the club.
It is understood that Arsenal are planning to make a loan bid for the 24-year-old with a clause to retain him permanently but Sarri feared to give him away as Emry Can is rumoured to be planning to leave the club for Paris Saint-Germain in January.
Rabiot joined Juve on a free transfer from PSG in summer but has only started with the team three times after making his debut in the team's 1-0 win against Parma on season's opening game in August.
