Liverpool Jurgen Klopp Shuts Down Rumoured Interest In Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho

Former Manchester City prospect Jadon Sancho has been making waves since he joined German side Borussia Dortmund and has gained the interest of Europe's top-flight clubs including Liverpool.

Unfortunately, it appears Reds manager Jurgen Klopp does not fancy any rumoured interest in the player and can just be counted out of the race to signing him in summer. However, that can still be kept open as you never can tell in football.

With clubs such as Manchester United, Chelsea and Barcelona ticking hands up for the English starlet, it could not be lesser than a massive link for the player who joined the Bundesliga side in an £18 million deal signing from City in summer of 2017.

"He's a very good player," Klopp admitted. "I have no clue where these kind of things are comings from, but cannot come from us because we never speak about it."

Back in 2017, Liverpool were strongly linked to the 19-year-old but missed out of signing the winger to the club which according to him was because English clubs don't sell prospect to rivals.

He goes on to say, "If we would be involved, nobody would know about it apart from the person who wouldn't speak about it. There's nothing to say."
