Everton Considering Hiring Emery Unai As New Manager
Former Arsenal manager Unai Emery has been speculated to be in Everton top priorities to replace Marcos Silva who was sacked after 5-1 defeat to Liverpool.
Duncan Ferguson has taken up the role of interim manager since Marcos was sacked last week but there are rumours the club is linked to Unai following an informal meeting that was reportedly held by the two parties.
Everton had a fairly good start under Duncan with a 3-1 home win over Chelsea that gave the team the needed maximum points that moved them out of redline to 14th position in the table.
The Spaniard is understood not have the intentions of returning to management that soon, however, would not want that to be long as he is presently working on his English whilst in search for job not only in the Premier League but also in the Italian Serie A and Spanish La Liga.
Unai was sacked at Arsenal after the team's defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt by 2-1 and was replaced by Jose Mourinho who has led the team to win three league games and lose one to Manchester United.
