EFL Carabao Cup Draw: Manchester Derby Set Up For Semi-finals

The Premier League title race is technically out of reach for Manchester City who are the defenders and now they have been set up for a derby with Manchester United in the fight to reach the final of the EFL Carabao Final.

It could be remembered that City had a fabulous run last season which they finished with a domestic treble that was first of its kind in England but now that they have United that beat at home by 2-1 just about a week ago, defending the silverware they won last season may have just been faced with huge task.

United advanced to the semi-final for the 15 consecutive times by beating Colchester  3-0 at Old Trafford whilst Raheem Sterling led City to claim 3-1 victory over  Oxford United by scoring a brace.
