In other to clear the way for the former Chelsea manager's return to the Premier League, his legal team has reached an agreement with the Italian side on his contract termination which will allow the English side to complete contract signing with their client.
Ancelotti had only lasted at the Italian side for 19 months before he was shown the exit after leading the side to ten straight winless runs and was replaced by Gennaro Gattuso - Ancelotti's dismissal was announced just after leading the team to qualify for the Champions League Last-16.
The 60-year-old has reportedly promised to keep Everton's interim head coach Duncan Ferguson on his appointment to replace Marco Silva as the team's new head coach.
