Giannis Antetokounmpo Steals Limelight As Milwaukee Bucks Outclass L.A Clipper
Los Angeles conceded a 125-129 home defeat to Milwaukee Bucks in the absence of their star player, Kawhi Leonard, who was rested and Bucks Giannis Antetokounmpo stole the show posting up 38 points, 16 rebounds, and nine assists.
Montrezl Harrel and Lou Williams put up a strong performance and the team was on a rally late in the fourth, trailing by just two points but Landry Shamet committed a foul on Khris Middleton who connected the two free-throw to give Bucks a safe margin of 4 points with 12 seconds left to play.
Despite Giannis missing posting a triple-double by just an assist down, he had retained double-double streak through the last eight games played by Bucks this season to become the first player ever to reach the feat in 46-years.
Montrezl finished the game with a double-double scoring of 34 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists followed Lou who also posted a double-double with 34 points, six rebounds, and 11 assists.
Also in the top-scoring is Bucks' George Hill with 24 points and three rebounds and Clippers' Patrick Beverley added a double-double for the side with 20 points, 10 rebounds, and three assists.
