NBA: LeBron James Hits 32 Points To Lead L.A Lakers Past Utah Jazz
Los Angeles Lakers bounced back from the opening game loss and picked first win against Utah Jazz on Friday at Staples Centre, with LeBron James leading the side through with a double-double, 32 points, 10 assists, and seven rebounds.
LeBron was the dominant force troubling and tearing down Utah's defense during the game and helped Lakers push through for a 95 - 86 win. Following the three-time NBA winner, was newly signed Anthony Davis with 21 points, seven rebounds, and two assists.
With Utah being dominated over through the stretch of the game, a rally was impossible for the side which entered the deciding quarter with 19 points deficit. That already the victory over to Lakers and Anthony Davies first win with the team.
"It was fun to get out there in front of the Laker faithful," delighted LeBron James said when approached by reporters on his way to the locker room.
Donovan Mitchell led in Utah's standouts with 24 points, five rebounds, and three assists followed by Mike Conley Jr. with 13 points, four rebounds, and three assists.
