Kanye West Drops New Album "Jesus Is King" After Announcing Release Date Delay, Claimed Banning Staff From Having Sex During Production


As music lovers wait for Kanye West's highly anticipated new album is off the roof, with the expectation that it will be released on September 27, the controversial rapper has chosen to delay it even further. Never mind, the album is now released and available to stream.

'Jesus Is King', an 11-track album long-awaited from the rapper-turned-fashion designer will be his music career tenth studio album - it is a follow up to his 2018 album 'Ye' which was more of the rapper expressing his struggles with mental health issues.

Prior to the release on Friday, Kanye announced the postponement of the album in a tweet on Friday as he wrote, "To my fans. Thank you for being loyal and patient."

Informing his fans of delay, he gave reasons that it has to do with finishing touches as he wrote, "We are specifically fixing mixes on "Everything We Need" "Follow God" & "Water". We not going to sleep until this album is out."


However, that was not to say that the 42-year-old confessed to going extra-mile by enforcing Christain values during the making of the oncoming album, asking his staff to abstain from premarital sex.

Discussion the oncoming album, he described himself as a Christain faithful - he runs a weekly Christain gathering in Los Angeles - and there is a need for him to ensure his religious views are respected if not enforced.

"There were times where I was asking people not to have premarital sex while they were working on the album," he said. "There were times where I went to people that were working on other projects and said, 'Can you just work and focus on this?'"

Never mind, the father-of-four was not trying to be holier than thou giving that he admitted to being obsessed with pornography - a habit he confessed to having picked up from young - and at some point was addicted to sex following the loss of his mother.
