Kanye West Application To Trademark His "Sunday Service" Gear Rejected
Kanye West's weekly Christian gathering is not new about him as his new exploit better still his new passion but that could not earn him a trademark for his Sunday Service gear.
The rapper-turned-fashion designer filed an application for the gathering gear at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office but it was reportedly turned down because someone from another organization has already done that.
Despite the failure to get an exclusive right, "Sunday Service" is already in operation and began sale on Easter Sunday when the gears - hoodies, pop, and socks - were sold for a price ranging between $165 and $225.
