Euro 2020 Qualifiers: England Loses To Czech Republic
England's chance of coming atop of their group has suffered a little setback following 2-1 defeat to the Czech Republic in Europe 2020 qualifier match.
Three Lions still lead in the top position with 12 points - in a tie with Czech, nevertheless, they will have to win against Bulgaria and Kosovo to consolidate on the lead of Group A.
Raheem Sterling inspired an opening goal for the side when he was fouled in the box by Lukas Masopust and Harry Kane converted the spot-kick for a 1-0 lead very early in 5th minutes.
Unfortunately, that lead did not last long as the hosts quickly responded within minutes with an equalizer from Jakub Brabec's strick following a corner. Meanwhile, Vladimir Coufal had come close to getting an equalizer but Jordan Pickford parried the ball into safety.

The Czech side ended a losing streak of 10 years to England when Zdenek Ondrasek completed the victory with a winning goal with five minutes left to play.
Tammy Abraham made his debut appearance for England as a sub for Declan Rice with two minutes left to play, but Fikayo Tomori sat on the bench throughout the match.
The Chelsea striker, who has scored eight goals in all competitions for Chelsea, could not make much impact in the game neither could Manchester United's star Marcus Rashford.
