Dramatic Night As Fight Breaks Out During Philadelphia 76ers Game Against Timberwolves, Steve Curry Breaks Left Wrist In Warriors' Defeat To Suns
Wednesday night was a dramatic as a fight broke out between Joel Embiid and Karl-Anthony Towns during Philadelphia 76ers' 117-95 win over Minnesota Timberwolves. That aside, disaster struck Golden State Warriors as Steve Curry snapped his wrist during the side's 110-121 home defeat to Phoenix Suns.
Both sides came into the game with an unbeaten run through three games, and by the third quarter, it was gradually getting obvious that Timberwolves streak was going to be snapped as Philadelphia 76ers was in the lead by a 20-point margin.
Midway of the quarter, Phil's Joel Embiid stole the ball from Timberwolves' Karl-Anthony and set Al Horford for a turnover. The next thing that happened was an altercation between both players then the ugly fight. The situation was quickly put under control and both players were both ejected from the game.

For Warriors, Curry's unfortunate incident happened midway second quarter when Phoenix was already in a comfortable 57-28 lead. They had good control of the game such that even Curry's presence could not have changed the fate of the game anyways.
Curry was on the offensive for a dunk when Phoenix's Aron Baynes and Kelly Oubre Jr. formed a wall on his approach whilst he had already leaped to connected the basket. On landing, he snapped his left wrist and was escorted out of the court medical attention.

Warriors finished the game to improve 1-3 as Phoenix won by 110-121 with Devin Booker leading the standouts with 31 points, four rebounds, and five assists followed by Aron Baynes with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and seven assists.
