Tyson Fury Gets Bloodied Eye In 12-Round Win Over Otto Wallin

Tyson Fury battled through nearly all the rounds with a bloodied eye against Otto Wallin and maintained his unbeaten record at T-Mobile Arena in Nevada on Saturday night.

Until the fight, the Swede boxer, Wallin, who had been unbeaten run of 21 fights with 13 KO, was outlasted by the bloodied Brit in 12 rounds in a unanimous vote of 116-112, 117-111, 118-110 points win, but had left the Gypsy King with a deep cut above his right eye en route his defeat.

Somewhere around the third round, blood was seen streaming down Fury's face and that would not deter him from fighting through the rounds. He defiled injury scare whilst the cut was been checked and treated on the side ring by the doctor through nine rounds.

After being declared the winner on points difference, Fury later explained that the cut even got worse and deeper as some points when he had a head-to-head collision with the Swede.

"I got caught and that changed the fight," Fury said. "For the majority, I could not see out of the eye, then there was a clash of heads and I got cut again. It was a good 12 rounds, he (Otto Wallin) was tough."

Meanwhile, the venue which has 20,000 seat capacity was barely filled but never mind, Tyson was undeterred from retaining his unbeaten status neither was the fight an easy one for the Brit.
