Premier League: Watford Comeback To Draw Against Arsenal, Punish Gunners For Needless Errors
Watford resisted a home defeat to Arsenal and fought back from two goals down to tie up scores with Gunners after Pierre Emerick Aubameyang had scored a brace to give the side a lead.
Arsenal had a brilliant start and gained the lead from Aubameyang's strikes with assists from Sead Kolasinac and Ainsley Maitland-Niles that culminated in goals in the first half. Unfortunately, that lead would not last long after the break.

Gunners had themselves two blame for two defensive errors that led to an equalizer. Sokratis Papastathopoulos let loose the ball inside the box and Tom Cleverley seized that chance to score Watford's first goal.
Roberto Pereyra drew a penalty when David Luiz needlessly brought him down in the box. He did the needful with the spot-kick and got Hornets the equaliser late into the second half. Arsenal could have eventually lost the game but Leno brilliantly saved Abdoulaye Doucouré's shot from close range and kept the scoreline unchanged in the injury time.

Arsenal literally found it hard at Vicarage Road and the hosts had upper hand during the game with more attempts at goal and possession than the visitors.
For one reason Arsenal allowed the chance to slip off their reach and Watford knew their opponents' defense was not strong enough to withstand pressure. In the end, Gunners were at the mercy of Hornets as shots were continually aimed at the goal.
Whilst Arsenal threatened their goal only with seven shots, Watford rained on them 31 goals and 10 were on target compared to four from Arsenal. As been said that, it was the most shots ever recorded against Arsenal in recent time.
