Kevin Hart Is Getting Sued For $60M

Kevin Hart might have to empty his bank account over a lawsuit filed against him by his sex tape partner, who alleged the stand-up intentional staged the incident with his friend. Now she is demanding to be paid $60m (£48m) for what happened. 

Back in 2017, footage of Kevin and Montia Sabbag closing up in Las Vegas hotel room surfaced online but it was later found that the comic had been set up by his friend JT, who was accused of using hiding camera to make a sex tape of them and intended to use that as an avenue to rip him off. 

Kevin denied having any conniving with Jackson and later sued him for an attempt to extort money out of him which the accused person (JT) denied having such a motive. 

Whilst the case might have been considered resolved, Montia has now hit back with claims that Kevin actually conspired with Jackson to make that clip. She stated that if not he would not have allowed him into the hotel where the recording was secretly obtained. She believed he (Kevin) was trying to get publicity. 

According to TMZ, She claimed in her legal documents that she is the victim in the middle of the whole thing, the reason for which she is dragging both Kevin and Jackson to court for invasion of privacy and emotional distress inflicted on her. 

Early this month, Kevin was involved in an auto-crash just a few yards away from his house in Los Angeles that landed him in the hospital with back injuries and had since been operated on. 

It is understood that his health is gradually improving and would be moved to another health facility where he will be well looked after.
