Champions League: Lionel Messi Returns For Barcelona vs Borussia Dortmund

Barcelona are expected to start their star forward, Lionel Messi in the Champions League opening match against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday. 

The Argentine, who has been ruled out of action over calf injury since July, is now certified fit enough by the club's medical team to feature in the team's first group stage after their training session on Monday.

Messi missed all four domestic opening match for the reason of the injury he sustained after returning from an international break with Argentina in the Copa America.

The 32-year-old who will be appearing in his fifteenth Champions League seasons with the club has led the team to win the title four times, in the same period which he has also won the La Liga ten times with the club.
