R Kelly Wants Out Of Solitary Confinement, Refers General Population

Being held in solitary confinement is getting unconducive for R Kelly and has filed a lawsuit demanding to be removed from where he is currently being held.

Kelly was alleged of serial sexual abuse of women at his resident with accusations also involving sexually exploiting underage girls, footage of which is in the custody of the authorities. Yet, the 'Ignition' singer pleaded not guilty on sex crimes charges levelled against him.

Steven Greenberg, who is defendants lawyer, argued in the lawsuit that his client did not enough interaction with human beings, no time outside, one 15-minutes telephone call per month, having three baths a week, amongst other reasons.

In addition, Greenberg also said that the singer is deteriorating mental health-wise and physically. Being a celebrity, he argued that Kelly deserves better treatment than what he's currently getting being a celebrity. However, solitary confinement was meant to keep him from an attack from inmates who might find his case offensive to them.

The singer's sexual escapade allegedly lasted for more than two decades and was also gained a movie status produced as 'Surviving R. Kelly' - a docuseries aired on Lifetime TV.

Greenberg has in the previous statement expressed his confidence in the singer's innocence of all the allegations that "the truth" will come out at the court and his client will be vindicated from "what has been an unprecedented assault by others for their own personal gain."
