Premier League: Manchester United Forfeit Maximum Points Against Wolves As Paul Pogba Loses Penalty

Rui Patricio and Ruben Neves came to Wolves' rescue to draw 1-1 at home against Manchester United as Paul Pogba had his penalty saved.

Wolves' goalkeeper Patricio held the match to a 1-1 draw for denying Paul Pogba from getting a decider for United from a penalty conceded by Conor Coady.

Anthony Martial racked up the opening on United's first proper break through Wolves' defense with a through pass from Marcus Rashford, and smacked a well aimed left footed shot home for the opening goal.

Neves dunk in an equaliser, making a response to a chance for an attempt outside the area after Matinho's cross located him, and smashed a curling shot from the edge of the box through to the goal.

United would progress to end the match in a draw after Rui Patricio saved a penalty from Paul Pogba awarded to him for being tripped in the box by Conor Coady.

Mason Greenwood made an appearance but late into the game as substitute for United new signing from Swansea City Daniel James.
