Liverpool's Alisson Becker Ruled Out For "Next Few Weeks"
Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker will definitely miss the team's match against Chelsea in the European Cup final on Wednesday after being ruled out for calf injury.
It has not been stated how long the Brazilian will be out for, but what is know is that he will be out "for the next few weeks". His manager, Jurgen Klopp, predicted he could be out-of-action for possibly "six weeks".
"It's a calf injury which takes Alisson out for a while. I don't want to make now an exact prognosis on when he will be back," said Klopp. "I saw already like 'six weeks' and stuff like this, but Ali was not a lot injured in his career."
Adrian Miguel has been speculated to make the start lineup for the team on Wednesday, yet there has not been any confirmation of that from Klopp, who promised he will find a solution to his injury-ridden bench.
It was not long into their 4-1 match over Norwich that Ali was led out of the pitch after he twisted his leg in an attempt to take a goal kick.
