Philippe Coutinho's Agent Says Player's Return To Liverpool Is "Near-Impossible Move"
Philippe Coutinho's agent has cast a shadow over his chances of returning to his former club Liverpool as his future at Barcelona continued to be uncertain.
The Brazilian has been rumoured to be considering to leave Barcelona as he could not find his best form since he joined the club from Liverpool in 2017.
Kia Jooranchian told talkSPORT that his player really fancied his former club but will be an extremely impossible move for him rather he would consider Manchester United for him.
"Manchester United is a great club," Jooranchian said, "I have players there and I have all the respect for them but as far as Philippe goes, it would be an extremely difficult to a near-impossible move."
The 26-year-old reportedly is not only linked to Manchester United or Liverpool but Paris Saint-Germain are also said to have joined in on the race for him.
He added: "It would be very difficult for Philippe to play for any of Liverpool's rivals because he has such a great affinity towards Liverpool...Every time we've spoken about it we've had that same conversation, he would find it hard to play for another club in the Premier League."
